The Z.H.TRADELINK moulding R & D Centre was invested by Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD with technical support by Wenzhou Vocational Technical College. The Centre is combined with research, development and manufacture. The total investment value is about 3 million US dollars. With the ability to develop the mould over 500 sets each year, the Centre has the capacity to develop new products for internal and external requirements. Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD also works for solving different technical problem and developing high precision mould for customer.

  • Injection Moulding

  • The Mould centre works on the development for precision electronic, care apparatus, low voltage products. The mould has the ability for high precious, stability, long working life. Normally, the production cycle could be over 1,000,000 times, and Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD guarantees the first 300,000 times with no fault.

    Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD use the mould base imported from LUNGKEE, FUTABA and other famous brand, the precious standard parts come from Japan MISUMI, PUNCH. The typical material is bought from Sweden ASSAB, Japan DAIDO. The tolerance could be controlled on 0.005mm.

    Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD is able to make Double Injection Mould, Hot runner Mould, and could use the technology of GAIM to produce the thick plastic part.

  • The Mould Centre works on the development of precious electronic, car apparatus and Ramming Mould. The products have high precision, stability and long working life. Normally, the mould could work over 12,000,000 times, and Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD guarantees the first 2,500,000 times with no fault.

    Z.H.TRADELINK PTY LTD uses the mould bases by the jig grinding machine and CNC. The precious standard parts are imported from Japan MISUMI, PUNCH; the raw material is imported from Sweden ASSAB, Japan DAIDO. The precious part could be controlled on 0.005mm.
